Baltimore noise punks Dope Body put out there Kunk LP via Drag City this past August, and today we watch the band’s new video for their track “Obey“. Directed and edited by the group’s singer, Andrew Laumann, ultimately these visuals are a celebration of the cathartic power of live music. The video’s vamped out protagonist puts on the new Dope Body cassette, to check out her favorite song “Obey”, only to find herself wandering the city under a strange compulsion. No wonder, as her aimless travels lead straight to an underground Dope Body show in a sweaty basement venue, and soon, like the band and crowd, she finds herself totally loosing her shit!
