The experimental LA duo Robedoor will return in 2019 with a new LP entitled Negative Legacy. While an official date has not yet been set, look for the release to come out via Deathbomb Arc this year. Robedoor has also announced a tour to China and Japan this coming April. You can find a list of the upcoming dates after the YouTube embed below.
Negative Legacy will follow-up the duo’s 2017 release New Age Sewage out on Not Not Fun/Hands In The Dark. If this new teaser is any indication, the upcoming release finds the pair continuing that record’s survey of Industrial wreckage and spiritual malaise. With total destruction as its future, this teaser clip is soundtracked by a blackened and haunting soundscape. As the river Lethe laps at their heels, our intrepid duo rows out deep into the sonic abyss; but I bet the map back to shore will prove to be a daunting listen.
