Today we take a listen to the new Blackwater Holylight track “Death Realms” off their upcoming LP Veils of Winter due out October 11th via RidingEasy Records. Last month the Portland-based quintet provided a first listen in on the album with the release of the lead single “Motorcycle.” The band’s ability to harmoniously blend the heavier bass-driven aspects of their sound with soaring melodies and vocals is once again apparent here. While “Motorcycle” rode a burly riff, “Death Realms” brings tidal waves of sound that pummel with a sweeter form of annihilation.
