Fuck Buttons‘ third LP Soft Focus comes out July 22 on ATP Recordings. The UK duo released an edited version of the track “The Red Wing” last month via Soundcloud, and it’s already reached over 190,000 plays. Look for the full version of the track to come out as a limited edition, gold vinyl 12″ June 25th, with the B-side featuring the non-album track “The Whip“. Sure, there’s a little sonic cheese to “The Red Wing”, so I guess it’s only appropriate that we get this camped up video for the track directed by the band’s Andrew Hung. Like some bad Patrick Nagel image from the 80’s fried-up and put thru the solarizer, the video features “erotic” choreography and dance from Jacqueline Mitchell. Maybe a little too obvious? Probably.
