This week Brooklyn-based rockers The Men unveiled a new track entitled “Pearly Gates“, off their upcoming fifth album, Tomorrow‘s Hits. Set for a March 3rd release via Sacred Bones, Tomorrow‘s Hits was recorded in just two days during the winter of 2012 at Brooklyn‘s Strange Weather studio. “Pearly Gates” offers six minutes of foot stomping, Nashville keyboard plunking, full throttle, honky-tonk rock, with a horn section thrown in for good measure! The guitar here is total country-fried ripper, and the vocals are raspy and pleading. With this first single, The Men are showing that they are as committed as ever to the genre bending and blending sound that makes each new release something to celebrate! The band will kick off a tour of the US and Europe beginning in March, so don’t miss the dates below.
