Few musicians are capable of plumbing the depths of existential terror like Jamie Stewart of Xiu Xiu, so, needless to say, his newest videos for the tracks “El Naco” and “Black Dick” are not for the feint hearted or sexually squeamish. The newer video of the two, “El Naco”, was directed by Jamie’s friend, the LA-based filmmaker John C. Clark, and it’s depictions of sadomasochism, sexual domination/humiliation appear to drip and flow with real blood and urine. Continuing in this vein, but upping the ante, the visual content in “Black Dick” is graphic enough to require the video to be hosted by PornHub; so if onanism, double anal penetration, she-males, and strange varieties of cats aren’t your thing, you’ll definitely want to look elsewhere! On the other hand, if shinning a light into the deepest, darkest recesses of human behavior excites you, well, your probably already a huge Xiu Xiu fan, and “Black Dick” will represent just one more example of this artist’s genius for probing the complexities of our fleshly existence!
