Peaking Lights will release their upcoming LP Cosmic Logic via Weird World on October 7th, and today we take a look at the duo’s new video for “Breakdown“. Directed by Eugene Kotlyarenko, the hilarious and poignant video features a protagonist on the verge of a mobile device breakdown! Here, the ubiquitous aPhone is pictured as life-sized, and it’s needy insistence on interacting via constant texts, selfies, and instantly networked dating advice rivals a toddler on an extreme sugar high. If this video cuts a little too close to the bone, you, too, might be on the verge of a “Breakdown”.
