Chicago’s black metal trio LOCRIAN have delivered a stunning new video for their track “A Visitation From the Wrath of Heaven“, directed by the artist/filmmaker J.P. Braburn. Expertly shot and cinematic in it’s perspective, Braburn also does a great job slowly unfolding this video’s mysterious circumstances, inter-cutting the drama with grainy surveillance footage, as we watch what appears to be a seduction and betrayal within a nefarious love triangle. Expertly stylized, there’s a total, filmic vision to the work, and the three central actors do an excellent job moving this video’s mood forward without words, making for quite the absorbing watch!
