I sure hope when I go to that big Garage Heaven in the Sky I can find some celestial roadhouse where they play Shannon and the Clams into eternity. The band recently released a home-fried and fun little video for the track “Rip Van Winkle” off their awesome 2013 LP Dreams in the Rat House out now via Hardly Art.
Directed by the band’s guitarist Cody Blanchard, the video features a masked “cavalcade of weirdos” cuttin’ the proverbial rug in front of a candy cane colored shower curtain. No complicated over-wrought concept development here, just good old-fashion no-budget fun!
